   molding technician: mainly deal with small abnormalities of the mold on site (such as the ejector pin of the mold cannot be loosened and the sliding block cannot slide), and daily maintenance of the mold.

   molding Foreman: it mainly deals with the handling of mold exceptions when the technician is unable to handle mold exceptions or the technician is absent, and the confirmation of fine adjustment of molding parameters when the mold is sent for repair

   Quality Engineer: sort out the abnormal points of the mold, and summarize them to the mold in the form of photos if necessary.

   mold project: when the mold fails to improve the molding parameters, repair the mold according to the abnormal points provided by the quality assurance engineer,

  operation procedure

   before the mold is put on the mold, it is necessary to check the screws, whether the mold has a locating ring, and whether the male and female molds are loose. If any abnormality is found before the mold is put on the mold, the mold operator should sign the mold maintenance sheet in time, and the mold department should arrange personnel to handle it as soon as possible;

   prevention and emergency treatment of abnormal mold during operation

   during operation, the molds are divided into the following three types: horizontal semi-automatic (manual) machine, horizontal full-automatic (manipulator) machine and vertical semi-automatic machine

   horizontal semi-automatic machine: the operator must take out the product along the ejector pin ejection direction when the ejector pin of the mold is ejected. When the product sticks to the mold or it is found that the ejector pin cannot be loosened, the operator shall inform the technician in time for abnormal treatment

   horizontal full-automatic machine: if the product alarms during the operation of the horizontal full-automatic machine, the technician shall immediately confirm the cause of the machine abnormality and eliminate the abnormal method. If the mold is abnormal, the technician shall immediately sign the mold maintenance record and notify the personnel of the mold department to handle it

   vertical semi-automatic machine: the operator must ensure that the terminals are in place during operation. If there is a fixture type mold, the operator must ensure that the fixture is taken out and the mold is started. When the terminal is not in place or the molded product is crushed, the operator must notify the technician to eliminate the fault, and the technician shall open the mold maintenance record form and send it to the mold for repair

   when the product quality is abnormal and cannot be improved through fine adjustment of on-site process parameters (the guarantee conditions are within the benchmark tolerance), and the mold order is urgent, the molding assistant manager of the manufacturing department shall stamp the urgent seal on the mold maintenance record form for identification and signature of urgent processing; Confirm the validity of the urgent seal

   abnormal contact of mould and visual management of current situation

   the mold abnormal contact person must be announced at the operation site; Second contact person for mold abnormality;
